If you are looking for an opportunity to switch off, we are organising a Body & Mind Reset Weekend in Serifos. During these two days we will do Pilates & HIIT sessions with the certified fitness coach Eftihia Gianoglou so that your body feels alive, moves well, and it is able to do what you ask of it superbly. We will re connect with our leg and core muscles while we hike in Cyclades and we will reset our minds with sunset meditations.Guests will stay in unique Cycladic houses.
